We are Structural Engineers but for the last 10 years only specialising in Party Wall matters.

We are appointed by Islington Council and Homes for Islington as their Party Wall Surveyors.

We offer a fixed fee quotation and package from £695.00 + VAT to included Notices, Surveys and Award. 

We also act for free as the adjoining owners Surveyor representing owners who have been served with a party wall notice.
