We are Structural Engineers but for the last 10 years only specialising in Party Wall matters.

We are appointed by the Head of Building Control at Ealing Council and as their Party Wall Surveyors.

We offer a fixed fee quotation and package from £695.00 + VAT

We also act for free as the adjoining owners Surveyor representing owners who have been served with a party wall notice.
